Canada Study Visa

Canada Study Visa

Over a 100,000 students go to study in Canada every year and even more come to Canada to learn English or French.

Before you can apply for a study permit, you must have been accepted at a recognized school, university or college in Canada. You must also show evidence that you can financially support yourself.

This means that you are able to pay for your:

Tuition fees
Living expenses for yourself and any family members who come with you to Canada
Return transportation for yourself and any family members who come with you to Canada
Once you enter Canada you must also prove that you are a Law-abiding citizen in the country of your residence and do not hold any criminal record. The Canadian government may ask you to provide a police certificate. You must be of sound health and if required will be happy to take a medical test. Last but by no means least you must be able to satisfy an immigration officer that you intend to leave Canada at the end of your education.
